Our Why: 39 Shouldn’t Be the Final Number
At just 39 years old, Christopher “C-Note” passed away unexpectedly from a stroke caused by untreated hypertension. He was vibrant, talented, and deeply loved. His loss inspired The 39 Project — a movement dedicated to saving lives through awareness, education, and action.
We’re here to help men recognize the signs, take charge of their health, and create accountability within our communities. Because every beat matters.

What We Do: Awareness. Advocacy. Assistance
We equip men and families with the tools, education, and support they need to prevent and manage heart disease.
